1. Return Window

• Customers can initiate a return or refund request within 3–4 days of receiving their order.

• Requests made after this time frame will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Items that have been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required for all return requests.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

• If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not the same as your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Customers will need to share clear images of the product and packaging for verification.

• Once verified, we will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Refund Process

• After receiving the returned product and completing the inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially consumed chocolates

• Customized or special order products

• Products without original packaging

6. Shipping for Returns

• In case of defective or wrong product, Osano Chocolate will bear the return shipping cost.

• For other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer will be responsible for shipping charges
